The City of San Diego is coming down hard on commercial property owners that lease space to dispensaries that do not comply with zoning requirements and lack the proper use permits. One landlord has been fined $175,000 for leasing space to a dispensary. Criminal charges are being filed against the business owners/tenants. #CRE
