Short Term Rental Regulations In San Diego Back On The Table At City Hall

New San Diego Airbnb Regulation Plan Emerges

The new plan works to cap the number of houses (whole home rentals) that go into short-term rental service at .7% (3,750 home permits) of the housing stock while trying to encourage the renting out private rooms and granny flats (home share rentals) to visitors, in order to return more housing back to the local housing stock.
