The City of San Diego has installed smart stoplights along heavily-trafficked Friars Road, La Jolla Parkway, Mira Mesa Boulevard, Vista Sorrento Parkway and Rosecrans Street. This new tech is producing some very positive results in terms of traffic reduction and wait times.
