The series looks at how the invention of sewers, clocks, lighting, glass, sound, air conditioning and other historical technology occurred. The programs focus at how these inventions influenced the development of urban areas and society in general. The Clean episode details how in the City of Chicago had to elevate the massive buildings in the urban core above street level to create a grade change to allow new sewer laterals to work. The Cold episode details how air conditioning directly impacted the build out of the Southwest and changed the U.S. electoral map. #RealEstate

Good news for people in real estate and finance that rely on the HP12C to run their business calculations. The HP company has published an HP12C calculator app on Google Play. It costs $14.99. There is also a free HP12C app that has a few pop up advertisements in the upper right hand corner called TouchFin that is available for Iphones and Andriod phones. The fight for your TV subscription business has been at full tilt since early 2017. AT&T offered steep price incentives to customers to obtain a satellite dish or to sign up with DirectTVNow (its internet streaming service), in an effort to shift customers away from its more costly to maintain cable TV infrastructure. Hulu, SlingTV, and Netflix already had a strong internet streaming customer base. Now Google is entering the fray offering YouTubeTV streaming services in San Diego. #YouTubeTV #SanDiego
